Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do both offers?

No — you can only take up one discounted offer as a new client. The introductory session and the 3-session package are one-time offers that cannot be booked together or sequentially. Choose the one that feels most supportive for you right now.

When do regular prices apply?

Once you’ve booked and completed your introductory session or 3-session package, all further sessions will be at my regular rates (see below). The discounted options help you begin your journey — after that, we’ll move forward at my standard coaching fees.

What happens after booking?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a personal link to my online calendar. From there, you can easily choose a day and time that suits you for your session. Once you’ve selected your spot, you will receive an instant confirmation with the Zoom link for our session.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your time to someone else who might need it. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the session format like?

Each session is a blend of conversation and reflection, and will incorporate a guided meditation or intuitive practice, leaving you feeling more joyful, more centered, and clearer on your next step.

Do I need any preparation for my session?

Please find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed — and have a journal or notebook handy if you’d like to reflect afterwards. That’s all you need to do. Bring your openness and honesty — I’ll take care of the rest.
